Cartoon Boardwalk

As soon as you step through the gates, you enter a world of carnival games and cartoon escapades. This is Cartoon Boardwalk, where childhood dreams come to life in vibrant colour.

Viking Landing

Conquer boredom and get ready for a voyage of discovery. Viking Landing is a magical, mythical place inspired by tales of brave warriors and ancient gods. It's a family adventure like no other.

Steampunk Bay

It's full steam ahead for fun at Steampunk Bay the UK's only steampunk adventure park. Travel to an eccentric Victorian future, where traditional funfair rides are given a mind-bending makeover.

Pirate Cove

Ahoy matey! Weigh anchor at Pirate Cove and dig up a bounty of family fun. This plunderful pirate kingdom promises adventure, activities and more laughs than a parrot in a joke shop.

Your questions answered

  • Do I have to pay to go on the rides? What about the prize games?

    Your Pleasureland ticket grants UNLIMITED access to all rides, so you can woosh, zoom and splash to your heart's content.


    To take part in our prize games, you'll need to pay at the stall. The stallholders can't accept cash, so remember to bring your bank card.

  • How do I know whether rides will be open on the day?

    We try our best to keep our ride listings up to date. However, on rare occasions, we may have to close rides at short notice. If this happens, a member of staff will be happy to provide more information.

  • Do you offer fast passes to skip the queues?

    No – and you probably won't need one! We're a small family theme park that's packed with things to do, so queues are rarely a problem.


    You may have to wait a few minutes to enjoy our most popular rides when it's busy. The best way to avoid this is to hop on when the park is quieter – near opening or closing time.


    If you'd rather take a seat, you can. Just ask a member of your group to keep your place in the queue then join them when they reach the front.

  • How do I know whether I'll be allowed on a ride?

    You'll find minimum and maximum height requirements for all rides on our themed land pages. Visit Cartoon Boardwalk, Steampunk Bay, Viking Landing and Pirate Cove to learn more.


    All riders must be able to hold themselves in an upright position to enjoy our rides. This is a health and safety requirement.


    Please note that we use height as a guide only. There may be occasions when a rider meets the height requirement but the ride is still unsuitable for them. Your safety is our number one priority. If our ride operators determine that a ride is unsuitable for a particular guest, they may deny entry for safety reasons.


    Exclusions are listed on the safety signs that you'll see when you approach the ride.
