Remember Remember the Fifth of November – and this year is certainly going to be memorable! Yes, on Saturday 5th November Pleasureland will call an end to the 2016 season with a fabulous free bonfire and fireworks display.
And not only that, all of our rides will be just one token on this very special day! You’ll still need to use a Fun Card but your money is going to go so much further so come and make a great day of it.
We’ll be lighting our massive bonfire first and the fireworks will be a while later but times have not yet been set in stone. However there’ll be So there’s plenty of time to enjoy the sights, sounds and atmosphere of the park before the big event as we open our gates as usual at 11am.
We’ll also be welcoming back Batala Mersey, the fabulous samba drumming band who will once again set the evening off with a real bang! They are due to parade through the park at around 7pm and will also play a static set later on.
The rides will be open throughout the day and the evening until around 8.30 or later depending on conditions – but it looks like it will be chilly and dry so we hope people will stay to ride with us for the last time this season!
Entry to the park is, as always, free with the bonfire and fireworks being in our Arena, accessible through the rides area.
And if you are looking for sustenance during the evenings, our food and drink outlets will be available and our Sega arcade will be open.
So make a note in your diary and come along for some free family fun and a brilliant display!
